How to Proceed:

1. Purchase:
Select the desired quantity (the higher the quantity, the better the price per unit will be). You can select more than one product to customize in your order. Pay for your order. You will receive an order confirmation by email.

2. Follow up:
Once we’ve received your order, our graphic artist will contact you to get your high-definition logo in .pdf, .ai or .png format. A Pantone code will be requested as a reference for color prints.

3. Approval:
You will receive a proof of your product(s) with your logo by email. If everything looks good, confirm via email.

4. Production:
We will start production on your custom order. Depending on quantity, turn-around time is between 2-8 weeks.

5. Delivery:
Once production is completed, we will ship your order via Canada Post or Dicom, depending on location.

We cannot be held responsible for delivery delays or delays caused by unsuitable graphics files. Additional fees may apply to correct unsuitable graphic files; you will be informed in advance if this is the case.
