  • Small size: holds 17 ml, has a diameter of 40 mm, and a total length of 62 mm. Suitable for individuals 18 years old or younger who have not given birth vaginally.
  • Medium size: holds 25 ml, has a diameter of 43 mm, and a total length of 67 mm. Suitable for individuals 25 years old or younger who have not given birth vaginally.
  • Large size: holds 30 ml, has a diameter of 46 mm, and a total length of 67 mm. Suitable for individuals older than 25 or those who have given birth vaginally.

Determining the size of menstrual cups can be delicate as each body is unique. However, this TPE menstrual cup has a major advantage: it offers great elasticity, allowing it to perfectly adapt to the unique contour of your vagina. The differences in size between the cups are minimal, and it is difficult to establish a universal method for determining sizes. Some brands use sizes A, B, C, others use 1, 2, 3, while Green Umbrella uses the designations "Small," "Medium," and "Large."

Made with medical-grade thermoplastic elastomer (TPE); according to Green Umbrella, this is a more eco-friendly alternative to traditional silicone-based menstrual cups.

Instructions:

Folding the menstrual cup:
Using your thumb and index finger, apply pressure to both sides of the menstrual cup so that the walls come together. Then, fold the cup in half to form a "U" shape.

Inserting the menstrual cup:
While holding the folded menstrual cup with one hand, use the other hand to separate your labia and insert the cup towards the tailbone or the base of the spine.
Once inserted, rotate it 360° by gripping the base (above the stem), creating a "seal" to prevent leaks. Once properly positioned, the menstrual cup adheres to the vaginal walls.

Removing the menstrual cup:
Find a comfortable position, whether sitting on the toilet, squatting, or standing with one foot on the toilet seat. Grip the base of the menstrual cup. You can also gently push from your abdomen to help it come down lower.
Gently pull on the stem until the cup is sufficiently outside to firmly hold its base. Hold the base of the menstrual cup and move it gently from side to side while removing.
Press the base of the cup with your index finger and thumb. This breaks the "seal" and allows you to remove the menstrual cup gently.
