Terms and Conditions
When you buy an Öko Creations product, you agree to the following terms and policies:
Delivery: The shopping cart system accepts orders from Canada, USA and International.
Free shipping for orders over 100$ in Canada.
Canada: Shipping by Canada Posts, Purolator or GLS, upon receipt of payment. Expect 2 to 7 days maximum for the processing of your order followed by 1 to 5 days for delivery. You will receive a tracking number with Expedited Parcel Service. In some parts of Canada, the delay could be longer. Expedited Parcel service insures your property for $100. If you want to insure your items for a higher amount, please let us know when ordering (you will be charged the additional amount). Öko Creations cannot be held responsible for an unusual delay of delivery by the carrier chosen. The buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the address provided. We are not responsible for packages not recovered in time at the post office in the case of an absence from home during the delivery.

In order to reduce the use of paper, all invoices are sent by e-mail unless otherwise specified by you.
Terms of Sale
All prices are in Canadian dollars and exclude taxes. In Québec, QST and GST apply. Take note that some items are QST exempt, including nursing pads, inserts and liners for cloth diapers. Take note that our reusable sanitary napkins are QST and GST exempt in Quebec and GST exempt in the rest of Canada. In other provinces of Canada, GST or HST applies. No fee is charged for orders outside Canada, but customs fees, taxes or other fees may apply. In this case, these charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
We strive to keep our inventory up to date. However, if a product is out of stock, you will be notified of the additional time required, or the inability to process your order. A refund will be made if necessary.
Öko Creations cannot guarantee that the products will be exactly the same as the pictures shown on this website. It is important to mention your preferences in terms of pattern or colour if applicable. If no specification is associated with your order, we will send you a random pattern. If, for whatever reason, a pattern or a colour is no longer available or has been modified we will offer you alternative patterns or colours.
Promo codes cannot be applied to past orders and are not applicable to orders on hold.

Exchange / Refund
All products can be exchanged or refunded within 30 days of receipt of your purchase. Product must be in new condition, unused and unwashed. Öko Creations is not responsible for any costs incurred by the return post. Do not return any product without having contacted Öko Creations per email at email@example.com beforehand.
Payments are done via the secure payment site PayPal (www.paypal.com) or per credit card (Visa or Mastercard) via the secure transaction site Moneris when purchasing through our online system.
Your satisfaction is important to us! If you notice a defect or a problem, even several months after your purchase, please contact us.
Please adhere to the washing instructions for your products.
Customers who register on our website when placing an order or who communicate directly with us can be assured that no personal information will be disclosed to any third party in any way whatsoever.

Would you like to offer our products as a gift? We can send it directly to the lucky recipient! We can write a note on your behalf. The invoice will be sent to you directly by email and there is no price tag on our products.
Exchange / Refund of Öko-Flow
As soon as you receive your order, put your Öko-Flow on over your underwear to check that the size you ordered is the right one. If the size does not fit, you can request a return.
1. Which products can be returned?
Products that have been purchased on the Öko Creations website (www.okocreations.ca) can be returned if they are still in their original condition.
The panties must not have been worn or washed. If the returned products are damaged, worn or washed, we will not be able to refund them.
Products are exchangeable or refundable within 30 days of receipt of your purchase.
If the products were purchased at one of our stores, please check the store's return policy.
Products in the sale section are available for final sale only and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
2. How do I return a product?
Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to inform us of your desire to return a product or products. We will respond promptly with instructions on how to return the product(s) to our Boisbriand workshop.
Once we receive the returned product, we will verify that it is in good condition. We will promptly issue a refund to your credit card or Paypal account according to your payment method.
If you need a new size, we will ask you to place a new order on our website.
